Store Policy - Please read our regulations for all orders below.
Returns & Repairs:
We will accept items for return or exchange due to Manufacturing defect
or shipping damage only. The original manufacturers box must not be defaced
or altered in anyway and must be kept throughout the manufacturers warranty
period. We will not accept returned items without the original box the
unit was shipped in. Please call for your return authorization number.
All items returning to us without this number will be refused.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax applies only to California residents. Tax rate is 7.375%
Any other state you DO NOT pay sales tax.
Shipping:
You can specify your shipping method when placing your order.
The actual shipping cost is charged with your order when the item is shipped.
Large items sometimes require shipping by truck line and in many cases
we can have your items drop shipped directly from the factory or manufacturer.
Drop shipped items may require a small additional fee. Any special shipping
requirements will be discussed when you place your order. Normally shipping
charges include UPS ground & insurance rates. In most cases we double
box the merchandise so it does not get damaged in transit.
Damaged Items:
We inspect all items before shipping. If any damage is noticed when
you receive the package - do not accept it. UPS will return the damaged
item back to us and we will reship another item out to you at no charge.
Please allow 7 to 10 working days to receive your order for in stock items.
If you sign and accept the package and notice after UPS has left, that
the shipping container is damaged, Call UPS at 800-PICK-UPS to notify
them. They will have an inspector come out to you to inspect the damage
item. Once this is completed and the item is picked up by UPS, we will
ship out another to you at no additional charge.

Returning Items For A Refund:
We have a 25% restocking fee for any order that is returned. We only will
honor this for the first 10 days. Missing accessories will result in a
charge for the actual replacement cost of the missing items. The original
manufacturers box must not be defaced or altered in anyway. We will not
accept returned items without the original box the unit was shipped in.
Merchandise initially returned as damaged, which is not actually damaged,
will incur a minimum 25% restocking fee. Merchandise initially shipped
'double-boxed' must be returned double boxed.
Special Order Items: All Special Orders
have to be a Final Sale.
Any product that has to be ordered for a customer that is not an "in-stock"
item is considered special order. We will notify you by phone or email
on the time frame to get the goods for you. When you agree to this, it
is considered a contract. We will charge your credit card 50% of the total
sale up front to order the goods. The remaining balance will be charged
to you when the item(s) are shipped. If for any reason you decide to cancel
the order during the ordering process, we will charge you a 25% cancellation

What We Sell:
Every item listed on our site is brand new. We do not sell used or refurbished
items on this site. You are purchasing brand new fixtures.
All sales are for the United States only. We accept Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Money Order, Personal Check or Wire Transfer for all
orders.
Credit Card and Check Validation:
All sales transactions are contingent on the positive identification and
verification of credit card and checking information.
We are not responsible for typographical or picture errors . Please make sure the model number and or product code is correct before placing your order.
